The ability to diagnose the source of a problem quickly and accurately requires good reasoning ability and a thorough knowledge of an automobile. At Station Automotive, each location specializes in certain vehicle types. We have a strong base of knowledge about how their complex components work and interact, and use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to efficiently and accurately diagnose their condition.

The job of your service manager is to find out exactly what is going on with the car before letting you out of the shop. It’s your job to c ommunicate thoroughly. You don’t have to speak in technical terms, but the more specific you can be, the better. Focus on what it is your car is doing that you don't like, as opposed to asking for a service that you think might help. Don’t always assume that if there is a problem, you just need a "tune-up."
